College Strategies

I have a separate website designed specifically for the Math Coaching we do at a nearby low-income apartment complex.  On that site I just published a post for our students and families. After looking it over I decided to also post it here on my main site.  It is particularly tailored for under-resourced students, but it's useful to anybody who is curious about the costs and strategies for attending college.

First it outlines the financial tradeoffs between 4 strategies and then moves on to address several important (and interesting, I think) questions for students and their families. I'm not an expert in this field. But since I coach a few under-resourced students from families with no university experience, few employment options, and limited familiarity with American culture I occasionally find myself trying to help a high school student with their college options. This link to  College Strategies contains my advice.

To know more just click on the link and read it over.  And if you want to discuss it, or if you have some suggestions to improve it, please feel free to contact me.
