There are also some secular world-views that expect people to "check their religious faith at the door." Fortunately, there is also a world-view where people live in a different reality: that good science and true religion are partners, not enemies. New Life Nazarene Church in Cupertino, Ca is hosting a seminar on September 7-8 (Saturday - Sunday) designed for people looking for that place to stand at the intersection of science and Christian faith. It's called the "Faithful Science Seminar." The seminar is led by academics with both strong science backgrounds and sincere Christian faith:
